MOBILE ABATTOIR

We are excited to share we are in the process of applying for a Mobile Abattoir license. As small farmers this is an expensive endeavour, however we feel this will not only help us provide our customers with a more consistent supply of our Wagyu beef but also provide an even higher level of tenderness and flavour as our cattle will not have to undergo the stressful journey of being trucked for 2 plus hours to the nearest abattoir. Our cattle will be 100% relaxed as they will not have to leave our farm.
