Our silverside roast and some beautifully marbled round steak, like all our Wagyu50 beef it is 100% grass fed and finished free from any chemicals, hormones, antibiotics or pesticides as well as being raised on a regenerative farm. You won’t find more natural Wagyu beef than that!
Delivered frozen. We recommend consuming within 3 months. Defrost smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 2-3 days in the fridge.
Do not leave meat out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
