Defrosting:

  • For best results, place the frozen Wagyu50 Heart in the refrigerator and allow it to thaw gradually. This usually takes about 12–24 hours, depending on the size of the kidney.
  • Consumption:
    • Once defrosted, cook the kidney within 1–2 days for optimal freshness and quality.
    • If you’re adding it to your Wagyu50 Mince, mince the heart immediately after thawing and mix thoroughly then cook.
    • Be sure to follow safe food preparation and cooking practices to fully enjoy its rich flavor and nutritional benefits.
