Each box contains 8kg of grass-fed and grass finished Wagyu50 beef which is 50% full blood Wagyu and 50% full blood Angus,. All of our Wagyu50 beef is grass-fed, grass-finished, grain free, hormone-free, chemical free and aged for a minimum or 14 days for maximum tenderness and flavour.

This box will be delivered frozen. We recommend consuming within 2 months. Defrost smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 2-3 days in the fridge.
